We are looking for a Stock Controller Intern, to join our Hq team in Milan!
What will you do:
- Update and monitor the database of item, suppliers and recipes.
- Give assistance in configuring the accounts of our restaurants.
- Resolution of technical and operational issues on the platform
- Systematic control of differencies between theoretical and actual stock across all cost centers.
- Monthly reconciliation between purchases recorded in accounting and those entered in the system.
- Analysis of inventory turnover ratio to provide actionable insights to front- and back-of-house managers and monitoring stock rotation to prevent overstocking, stockouts, and reduce waste.
- Price analysis
- Collaboration with the IT department for the technological setup of warehouse-related tools.
- Technical-operational contribution to food and beverage cost reporting aligned with operational performance.

What we are looking for:
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering work that is precise and accurate.
- You are currently completing your studies — whether at university or high school — and are eager to gain real-world, hands-on experience in the world of Procurement, Inventory and reporting
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office, with particularly strong skills in Excel.
- You are fluent in both Italian and English, and if you also speak French, that would be a fantastic bonus.
- You have a genuine interest in Purchasing, procurement, IT and curiosity to understand how numbers drive a business.
- You’re an excellent communicator, a good listener, and someone who enjoys solving problems.
- Above all, you are a GSD’er (Get Stuff Done!) — a hands-on, proactive team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute.
